Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Australia Post with tracking and drop-off without signature if requested. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Returns are accepted up to seven (7) days from the time of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser. Return postage costs are not refunded or subtracted from the product cost.

All care is taken to ensure that the products reach you in the condition that they were posted, if your product arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, please not that I may require photographic evidence before a preplacement is provided or refund issued.

Refunds are not provided id you change your mind after payment is finalises, by this, if you select a coloured plaque (red) and them make payment, then change your mind for (blue) a refund is not offered, so choose wisley.

No Refunds are provided for digital products after payment is made. An automatic email will be sent to you with the link to the digital product.
